Afretec PI Meeting 2026
Associate Professor Hamada participated in the Afretec Principal Investigators Meeting 2026, held at the University of Nairobi in Nairobi, Kenya.
He presented his work titled “Leveraging IoT and Edge AI for Monitoring Water Quality and Neglected Diseases,” introducing research on water-quality monitoring and neglected disease control using IoT and Edge AI.
He also served as a panelist in the session “Responsible Use of AI in Research,” contributing to discussions on responsible AI use in research.
